Privacy Policy

When you use our eligibility checker, book a consultation, or use the client portal, we may collect: your name, email address, and phone number; your school, program type, and study dates; your family size and approximate household income; and, in the client portal, the grant and loan amounts you choose to enter and your application progress.

We use this information only to: estimate your potential grant eligibility; provide and prepare for consultations; operate your client portal account; and send you service emails such as application deadline reminders. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — ever.

We collect personal information only with your consent — given when you submit a form, tick a consent box, or register for the portal. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us (see below); we will stop the related use, though this may limit the services we can provide.

Your information is stored securely on private, access-controlled servers located in Canada — not on local devices. We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate this site (such as hosting and email delivery), and they process your information only on our instructions. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your information is stored in access-controlled systems, encrypted in transit, and accessible only to your own account and GoFunded. Income details you provide for estimates are approximate by design — we never ask for your SIN, banking credentials, or government account passwords, and you should never share them with anyone.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then securely delete it. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

Under PIPA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask how it has been used and disclosed, and request corrections. We respond to requests within the timelines PIPA requires.
